Here are some sites that have helped me.  You'll find free online games, printable worksheets and folder activities:

-Do2Learn  - my faves are found under ACTIVITIES tab.  Check out the Fine Motor printables and Shape Recognition printables!  HERE is the sheet I created to do the Shape Matching exercise.  You can print two, and cut one out then match to the remaining page.
-Starfall - online games, songs and fun to teach the alphabet.  Also great printables for writing ABCs, phonics and more.
